2. Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

Purpose

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationship between Ravage Automobile and any person making a purchase via the ravageautomobile.com website.

Products

  • Standard products: T-shirts, harnesses, non-custom accessories.
  • Custom and bespoke products: body kits, carbon fiber parts, wheels, paintwork, exhausts, engine tuning, etc.

Images are non-contractual and may show minor differences from the final product.

Orders

  • Confirming an order constitutes a firm and binding commitment.
  • Custom-made products require a deposit or full payment before production begins.
  • Any cancellation of a custom order after confirmation will incur charges for work already undertaken, up to the full amount if production has started.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in euros (€), VAT included, excluding delivery costs.
  • Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other secure method offered.
  • Shipping or production begins only after full payment is received.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on product complexity.
  • Risk passes to the customer once the goods are handed to the carrier.
  • Inspection upon receipt is mandatory, and any issues must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or improper installation.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ravage Automobile, every piece is designed and crafted with the utmost care, meeting the highest standards to ensure flawless quality.

  • Custom and bespoke products: cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect or an error on our part.
  • Standard products: may be returned within 14 days in unused condition and in their original packaging (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
  • Inspection upon delivery is mandatory; any anomalies must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return is validated.

4. Governing Law

These notices and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of Ravage Automobile, unless otherwise required by law.
