Cette \u00e9tape de sculpture \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle est tr\u00e8s importante pour nous, elle permet de valider tout le travail num\u00e9rique fait en amont et surtout elle nous donne la possibilit\u00e9 d’amener une sensibilit\u00e9 et une qualit\u00e9 dont seuls la main et l’\u0153il sont capables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mise en place des volumes<\/em> <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

De l’argile a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e directement sur la voiture, puis les sculpteurs ont \u00e9bauch\u00e9 les volumes d’apr\u00e8s les grande sections de notre mod\u00e8le num\u00e9rique. Une fois la masse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la voiture en place, nous avons \u00e9pur\u00e9 les volumes, tendu chaque ligne jusqu’\u00e0 trouver un \u00e9quilibre qui nous plaise .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une fois le volume stabilis\u00e9, un film m\u00e9tallis\u00e9 est appliqu\u00e9 afin de contr\u00f4ler les reflets. En effet, les reflets des n\u00e9ons de l’atelier nous renseignent sur la qualit\u00e9 des volumes .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si un reflet ne se comporte pas comme le modeleur le d\u00e9sire, il va rectifier les volumes en cons\u00e9quence. Ces all\u00e9es et venues entre modelage et rectification des lignes de lumi\u00e8res nous am\u00e8nent doucement \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition de la carrosserie finale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le modelage en argile termin\u00e9, celui ci sera scann\u00e9 en 3D puis la carrosserie sera enti\u00e8rement reconstruite num\u00e9riquement, afin entre autre d’avoir une parfaite sym\u00e9trie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
